About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As our Bars Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will be managing our Bar teams, across BABA, the Garden and C&B. You will be someone who enjoys training and developing team members to reach their full potential, promoting upskilling where you can. In addition to managing the team, you will be responsible for the control of Wet Stock across all F&B and C&B areas (working closely with the C&E Manager who oversees the wet stock for C&B specifically).

Part of this role will also involve monitoring current processes in BABA bar and continuously thinking of creating ways to improve our offering for customers and the overall efficiency of how we run the bar (including payroll). Our Bars Manager will work within the wider Hotel team and communicate with various departments, supporting with any requests from our Front Office team regarding amenity requests or tastings.
Requirements
To succeed as a Bars Manager, you will need:
- F&B Management or Supervisor experience within a Hotel or Bar environment
- Passion for providing excellent guest service, keen to always go above and beyond to continuously improve our Bars offering for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be someone who can think on their feet and work to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently
- Previous experience managing stock would be beneficial
- Overall, you will be keen to get stuck in, showcase your skills and become a critical part of our F&B leadership team
