The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bars Team Leader to join our Bars team at Hoar Cross Hall, part of the Hiddenwell collection. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about exceptional guest service and high-quality beverage experiences to lead our busy bar operations.
As Bars Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day running of our bar outlets, maintaining high standards of presentation, efficiency, and service delivery. You’ll lead by example, supporting and developing the bar team while ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the daily operation of all bar areas, ensuring smooth service and exceptional standards. Leading, coaching and motivating the bar team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Maintaining stock control procedures, including ordering, rotation, and accurate reporting of wastage. Supporting the Bars Manager in creating innovative drinks menus and seasonal promotions. Monitoring compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and food hygiene standards. Managing rotas and staffing levels to ensure optimal service delivery. Handling guest feedback professionally, ensuring quick and effective resolution. Maintaining bar cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere to reflect our luxury standards. Promoting teamwork and professional development across the department.
About You
We’re seeking someone who is:
Have previous experience in bar or restaurant leadership (supervisory experience preferred). Is passionate about mixology, cocktails, and premium beverage service. Be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. Be organised, proactive, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Be knowledgeable about Health & Safety, COSHH, and licensing compliance. Have the ability to be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and shifts as required.

Additional Information
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week Working 5 out of 7 days a week £13.75 per hour Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business such as working evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
