Position: Bars Team Manager
Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Bonus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus
Onsite accommodation, subject to availability and T&Cs
About The Role
We're looking for a Bar Manager who genuinely loves leading a team and creating brilliant experiences for guests. You'll run our show bar operation, managing everything from scheduling and budgets to coaching and developing your team. This isn't a desk job, you'll be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in making things happen.
If you thrive on variety, enjoy working with people, and want to see direct results from your leadership, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead your team: Motivate and coach your team to deliver brilliant experiences whilst managing performance and supporting their growth
- Own guest experiences: Create a welcoming atmosphere, address concerns, and drive service improvements
- Manage operations: Handle scheduling, budgets, resources, and cellar management efficiently
- Maintain standards: Keep everything running safely, compliantly, and to company standards
- Solve problems: Quick thinking to tackle issues as they arise
- Support development: Mentor your team and create growth opportunities

What We're Looking For
- Experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in Food & Beverage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fast-paced environment experience with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Budget and financial management experience
- Cellar management knowledge
- Health and safety knowledge
