Hyatt Regency London Olympia is part of the transformation of Olympia into London’s newest destination for entertainment, hospitality, and business, featuring exclusive new restaurants and bars, a brand new music venue, and theatre to delight visitors from all over the world. Building on a rich heritage of events and culture, Olympia is becoming a vibrant neighbourhood of venues, eateries, public realm, and experiences in London.
Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge, and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. As a new opening, the hotel presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and be part of the opening of a landmark new hotel.
Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role
- Provide personalised and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and preferences to create memorable experiences
- Take responsibility for the setup, smooth operation, and closing of the bar
- Maintain strong knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently advise guests
- Follow departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service consistency and quality
- Promote and upsell premium drinks, special offers, and food pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations

About You
Previous experience as a bartender in a premium hospitality environment is preferred. You have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
