We’re looking for a Bartender to join the team at The Blues Kitchen London.
The award-winning Blues Kitchen is one of London’s most iconic venues, where live blues, soul and funk fill the room and great hospitality sits at the centre of everything we do. With a stunning Southern-inspired interior, an all-American food menu and a bar known for its cocktails and whisky selection, The Blues Kitchen has built a reputation as one of the city’s most loved places to eat, drink and experience live music.
It’s a busy, high-energy venue where the bar sits right at the centre of the action. We’re looking for warm, charismatic bartenders who can deliver great drinks while keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
