About the Role
Ambassadors ClubHouse are seeking a Bartender to join their team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bartender looking for a role in a Michelin-starred, award-winning, critically acclaimed group.
The Restaurant – Ambassadors ClubHouse
Named after the Sethis’ maternal grandfather, a former Indian Ambassador, the restaurant draws inspiration from his summer house in Dalhousie (formerly Punjab) and North India’s abandoned party mansions, as well as the founders’ own Punjabi heritage.
The Menu
The menu focuses on the cuisine of undivided Punjab, showcasing culinary traditions and rare regional recipes, including:
- Classic papads, chaats, and snacks
- Lesser-known kebabs cooked via tandoor, sigri, and tawa
- Curries prepared in cast-iron karahis and clay matkas
- Pilaus, biryanis, and tandoor-roasted breads
- Classic desserts

Key Responsibilities
The right Bartender must:
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky, and cocktails
- Have experience working in high-volume restaurants and bars while delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Possess personality and flair in service
- Combine creativity with attention to detail
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience as a Bartender within a fast-paced, quality restaurant or bar
- Eagerness to get hands-on and involved
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
- Passion for beverages, food, and hospitality, along with a willingness to learn and grow
- The desire to develop a career within an ambitious and trendsetting restaurant group
