Job Description
Join the team behind one of the Lake District’s most exciting culinary destinations. SOURCE at the Gilpin offers a Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette experience rooted in exquisite produce, bold flavours, and precise execution. We’re looking for a Bartender who shares our passion for friendly, exceptional service and storytelling throughout the culinary journey.
✨ Your Role as Bartender:
- Crafts exceptional cocktails, mocktails, and classic drinks with flair.
- Provides warm, attentive service to exceed guest's expectations.
- Shares knowledge of wines, spirits, and local ingredients.
- Keeps the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
- Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
- Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
- Upholds the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.

Salary
- From £29,952 to £32,292
- Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 to £526 per month.
