About The Job
At Langosteria, the bar is more than a place, it’s an experience. We’re looking for a Bartender who combines technical excellence, leadership, and creativity to deliver outstanding bar service and elevate every guest interaction.
This role is perfect for a professional who leads by example, sets high standards, and knows how to turn a drink into a memorable moment.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Provide professional and engaging service, ensuring an excellent guest experience
- Maintain bar mise en place, including preparation of ingredients and garnishes
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations

About You
- Minimum one year of experience as Bartender in high-end venues
- Strong mixology skills and deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages
- Natural leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service elegance
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced fine dining environment
