Lifestyle Hotel on London’s South Bank
A lifestyle Hotel based on London’s eccentric South Bank. With 354 bedrooms, award-winning food and drink outlets and an electric energy, Sea Containers London is a destination where glamour meets brutalism – and it's your London anchor on the River Thames.
As a part-time Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, professional, and seamless service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver friendly, professional service and maintain strong communication with managers and team members
- Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure consistent, high-quality beverage service
- Take responsibility for assigned sections, including stock levels, cleanliness, and organisation
- Supervise bar backs and support teamwork across bar and floor staff
- Follow opening/closing procedures and ensure tasks are completed to company standards
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards; report and address hazards promptly
- Handle equipment properly and minimise breakages
- Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and payment procedures (including Micros use)
- Maintain professionalism (punctuality, uniform standards, training attendance)
- Report customer feedback/complaints and carry out reasonable management requests

Salary:
£12.71 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
