We are now seeking a Bartender to bring our vision to life, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, engaging environment for our guests. About the Role
Our Front of House teams set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an integral part of our Restaurants family. As a Bartender at Harrods, you will create a vibrant and welcoming environment, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring every visit feels effortless and memorable.
You bring energy, professionalism and attention to detail, always going above and beyond. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the bar, contributing to both operational excellence and outstanding guest experience. You will maintain high service standards, collaborate with the wider front of house team, and support commercial objectives while upholding the luxury standards synonymous with Harrods.
About You
You are a trusted and capable hospitality professional with a strong background in delivering high-end service within a premium environment. Comfortable in fast-paced settings, you bring a genuine passion for hospitality and consistently deliver to the highest standards with minimal supervision. Highly organised and customer-focused, you build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and attention to detail at all times. Calm and composed under pressure, you think on your feet and handle a variety of situations with confidence and professionalism.

You will also:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, allergens and current offerings, confidently responding to guest queries with accuracy and discretion
- Engage naturally with guests, building rapport to create a seamless and elevated service experience
- Communicate effectively with your team, supporting and motivating colleagues to ensure smooth operations and consistently high standards

- Hourly salary of up to £15.85 per hour (This is made up of generous base salary plus service charge*)
