Sucre's Grand Dining Room
Previously the London College of Music's concert hall, Sucre's grand dining room is a stunning setting where we provide guests with a combination of traditional Latin American open fire cooking, cocktails, and modern refinement.
Our Restaurant
The restaurant features two bars, one for the restaurant and also an amazing underground cocktail bar, Alma, where guests can enjoy innovative cocktails and a great spirits selection, along with DJs, Live Music and Events. Along with excellent service, we strive to provide every guest with an unforgettable experience.

Bartender Opportunity
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Bartender. The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience in a similar role (1 to 2 years) as well as knowledge of classic cocktails
