Bartender
Bartender (Cocktail-Focused) – Chelsea, London | Competitive Pay + Tips
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender with a strong focus on cocktails to join our restaurant in Chelsea, London.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing international hospitality group, known for delivering high-quality, experience-driven venues across Spain and Europe.
About the Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for:
- Crafting exceptional cocktails
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Maintaining the highest standards behind the bar
You will work closely with the Floor (FOH) team to create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere, while ensuring consistency, creativity, and precision in every drink served.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and attention to detail in every drink
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and enhancing their experience
- Maintain an organised and efficient bar setup (mise en place)
- Support the Floor Manager and FOH team during service
- Monitor stock levels, manage ingredients, and minimise waste
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and licensing standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail-led or premium venue
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and modern mixology techniques
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Confidence in working within a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
