As a Bar Tender at Valor Hospitality, you're not just mixing drinks; you're crafting experiences! Picture yourself delivering stellar customer service with flair, ensuring every guest enjoys a delightful experience. Join us in creating great teams, extraordinary moments, and making hospitality unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting Delight: Serve up a delightful mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following hotel policy and liquor licensing laws. Don't forget to suggest some exciting options!
- Service Excellence: Weave your excellent customer service consistently, making every interaction an enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Transaction Savvy: Handle cash, credit cards, and guest accounts with finesse, following our company procedures.
- Spotless Setup: Keep the Bar and service areas clean and ready to impress.
- Shift Ready: Prepare for your shift using our department's checklist, ensuring you're ready to create delightful experiences.
- Stock Management: Rotate and display Bar stocks like a pro, ensuring all products are served in top-notch condition.
- Safety First: Strictly observe Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations because safety is our top priority.
- Team Player: Take on additional duties to support the Food & Beverage department, whether it's helping with table service, food, or training our team members.
