Bartender
As a Bartender at Amazonico, you’ll be at the heart of our bar operation, delivering expertly crafted cocktails and warm, engaging service in one of London’s most vibrant dining destinations. With precision and flair, you’ll elevate every guest’s experience while working as part of a dynamic and talented bar team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a premium or luxury hospitality venue
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- A confident, guest-focused personality and passion for service
- Great attention to detail, organisation, and teamwork
- A creative and energetic approach to bartending
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
Responsibilities
- Create and serve cocktails with skill, speed, and consistency
- Deliver outstanding guest service with energy and personality
- Support the Head Bartender and Bar Manager in daily bar operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar presentation
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to spec and served beautifully
- Continuously expand your product knowledge and skills
- Contribute ideas to cocktail development and menu innovation
