About the location
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Tower Bridge is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. As impressive inside as out, this famous five-star hotel remains the centre of attention, as a new chapter begins in its history. This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Cooper's Cut (Modern Steakhouse), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar)

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Bartender to join the team at Rotunda Bar and Lounge, one of the hotel's most vibrant and distinctive outlets.

About Rotunda Bar and Lounge
Located beneath the hotel's iconic art deco dome, Rotunda Bar and Lounge is a sophisticated all day destination offering breakfast, light dining, cocktails, aperitivo moments, and one of London's most talked about afternoon tea experiences. From expertly crafted signature cocktails and rare spirits to elegant social occasions and relaxed evening drinks, Rotunda delivers a vibrant and welcoming experience for hotel guests and local visitors alike.
The role
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences while creating a warm, engaging atmosphere at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to the highest standard, building relationships with guests, sharing your product knowledge confidently, and contributing to the energy and personality of the outlet. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a fast paced luxury environment.
What you will do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard
- Deliver personalised and engaging service to guests at the bar and throughout the lounge
- Develop a strong understanding of the beverage menu and confidently make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area at all times
- Support stock management, requisitions, and bar preparation tasks
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests
- Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, presentation, and professionalism
What you bring
- Minimum of one year of bartending experience, ideally within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or bar environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Good spoken and written English
- Right to Work in the UK

What to expect
- Full time position working 40 hours per week
- Five shifts per week across a rotating schedule
- Flexibility required across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
