The ideal Bartender for GAUCHO is an enthusiastic, experienced, and passionate individual with deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine. You must deliver drinks with speed, skill, and precision, following all GAUCHO drinks specifications and the bar cycle of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and timing during service
- Work with the GAUCHO team to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks, and wine according to GAUCHO specifications
- Ensure quick, accurate, and high-standard drink preparation
- Keep the bar clean and organised at all times, following set-up and breakdown procedures
- Support management to maximise revenue & profits through stock control
- Train, assist, and mentor new team members
- Being the face of GAUCHO and embody service excellence

Requirements
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a positive approach to both own role and teamwork
- Be approachable, well-mannered, and professional in communication
- Previous experience in cocktail making
- Team player mentality
- Skilled in creating a warm, welcoming bar atmosphere
