Key Responsibilities
- Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and timing during service
- Work with the GAUCHO team to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks, and wine according to GAUCHO specifications
- Ensure quick, accurate, and high-standard drink preparation
- Keep the bar clean and organised at all times, following set-up and breakdown procedures
- Support management to maximise revenue & profits through stock control
- Train, assist, and mentor new team members
- Being the face of GAUCHO and embody service excellence

Requirements
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a positive approach to both own role and teamwork
- Be approachable, well-mannered, and professional in communication
- Previous experience in cocktail making
- Team player mentality
- Skilled in creating a warm, welcoming bar atmosphere
