Your Job
- Regular guests are recognised and greeted by name.
- Ensure expertise in food, all beverages, and wine to provide tailored recommendations.
- Remain friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Seek upsell opportunities and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
What You’ll Need
- Previous hotel experience (desired but not essential) in a 3/4-star property
- Experience handling high-volume/fast-paced environments
- Background in a busy food and beverage operation
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- Micros experience is preferable but not mandatory
