F&B (Food & Beverage) Team Member (Serving/Guest Service)
About the Role
You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Regularly greet and welcome guests by name, ensuring a personalised experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of food, beverages, and wine, including making appropriate recommendations.
- Remain friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Actively upsell and maximise sales revenue in all possible situations.

What You’ll Need
- Previous hotel experience (preferably in a 3/4-star property—desired but not essential)
- Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
- Background in a busy food and beverage operation
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Micros (PMS) experience is preferable
