Your Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional bartending services, from classic house cocktails to bespoke, well-explained combinations.
- Upselling wine, spirits, and premium drinks with insightful pairings.
- Ensuring a fun, engaging atmosphere—because at Malmaison, drinks are more than just liquid.
- Handling premium алкоголь and bar merchandising, keeping stock fresh and impressive.
- Collaborating with our F&B team to enhance the hospitality experience.

Requirements
- Passionate about mixology—familiarity with wine, cocktails, and spirits.
- Expressive, friendly, and expert at customer service—our guests ought for charm!
- Attention to detail in preparation, pre-bound drinks, and merchandising the bar.
- A desire to grow within the team (mentoring, management paths).
