Bartender – Hippozodrome Casino Bars
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our Bars team, serving across the God’s Rooftop, gaming departments, and the brand new Paddy’s Sportsbook. You’ll be preparing delicious cocktails, engaging with guests, and helping create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the Hippodrome Casino.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits, maintaining the highest standards.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with confidence and personality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Collaborate with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What We’re Looking For
- One year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume central London bar.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
