Job Title: Bartender
Location: Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1NS Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager Shifts: Full-time (40 Hours per week)/Evenings/Weekends
The Role
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and work with us in both our fantastic Function Bar and our cocktail and wine bar, The Vault!
The concept behind The Vault is to deliver our guests an unforgettable premium drinking experience. Utilising your bar knowledge and experience, you will work closely with an amazing team to deliver an unforgettable experience for both bar and our signature cocktail menu. You will be a team player who proactively interacts with our guests to create a memorable drinking experience.
Responsibilities Include
- Stock and cellar control
- Ensure that the cocktail station is stocked and prepped
- Participate in daily shift briefings
- Handle booking enquiries
- Ensure the Function Bar is set and ready for service
- Ensure the The Vault is set and ready for service
- Complete additional training when required
- Build a positive relationship with guests
- Participate in end-of-shift clearing and de-brief

Candidate Profile
- Essential mixology experience is desirable
- Essential bar experience
- Strong sense of customer service
- Highly enthusiastic and motivated
- Has strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Goes above and beyond to deliver a high-quality guest experience
- Strong personal presentation
