About The Venue
Managed by Rhubarb, Sky Garden sits atop 20 Fenchurch Street, a.k.a. the Walkie Talkie Building, and houses two restaurants, two bars, a retail outlet, ground floor coffee kiosk and stunning event spaces.

Join the bar team at Sky Garden and be part of one of London’s most stunning rooftop destinations the 2 AA Rosette restaurant Fenchurch, where creativity, energy and exceptional service come together. This is the perfect role for a passionate Bartender looking to develop their skills, elevate guest experiences and showcase their craft in a premium hospitality environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
- Delivering exceptional service while creating memorable experiences for guests
- Sharing product knowledge and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Maintaining smooth and efficient bar operations during busy service periods
What We Are Looking For
- Previous bartending experience within a busy hospitality environment is essential
- Strong cocktail knowledge with a passion for quality and guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

This is a full-time opportunity offering up to £15.71 per hour plus a paid meal allowance.
