Key Responsibilities
- Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and timing during service
- Work with the GAUCHO team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks, and wines following GAUCHO specifications and the cycle of service
- Ensure drinks orders are prepared quickly, accurately, and to a high standard
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully operational while adhering to bar set-up and breakdown procedures
- Support management in maximising revenue and profits via proper stock control procedures
- Train, support, and mentor new team members
- Be the face of GAUCHO, embodying service excellence and hospitality

Requirements
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and collaborative approach
- Approachable, well-mannered, and professional at all times
- Previous experience in cocktail making
- Enthusiastic bar atmosphere creator—aiming to build a warm, welcoming space
