The Role
We're looking for a skilled Bartender with a good understanding of mixed drinks and round-building to join our growing team. In this role, you'll craft quality drinks and uphold the high standards our bar is striving for. You'll play an important part in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable bar service for both guests and the team.
What You'll Do
- Quickly and precisely serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to the highest standards of flavour and quality consistency
- Demonstrate precise attention to detail in cocktail batching, making, and garnishing
- Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and professionalism
- Keep the bar neat, clean, and fully stocked throughout service
- Collaborate with the bar team and Kevin Armstrong of Satan's Whiskers to bring creativity and consistency to the cocktail menu
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a cocktail bar or high-end restaurant environment
- Solid understanding of classic cocktails and spirits
- A genuine passion for drinks and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- A collaborative team spirit and a desire to improve
- The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
- Eligibility to work in the UK, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends

- Competitive Pay & Earning Potential
- £15.50 - £16.50 per hour depending on experience, including a discretionary share of the service charge (tronc)
- Hours & rota: full-time, 4-5 day workweek including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance.
