Bartender

This vibrant venue will be offering exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, whilst delivering outstanding customer service.

Salary: £12.71 - £13 per hour + Tips earn up to £19 per hour

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience is a plus, but we’ll also train enthusiastic individuals willing to learn
  • A passion for craft cocktails, beer, and spirits.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, a natural conversation starter and can easily build a rapport with guests.
  • Be passionate and care about the detail, love hospitality and enjoy what you do.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
  • Advantageous if you have strong wine knowledge, or a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
  • Ideally looking for a minimum of one year experience in a high end - food led business.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
  • Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome
  • Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
