Bartender, Food & Beverage
SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 5 days per week)
Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is looking for a Bartender to join our F&B team.

About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London within the F&B Division the Bartender is responsible in ensuring complete guest satisfaction during their experience at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London by providing great knowledge of beverage services in order to both meet and exceed our guests & residents expectations.
As a Bartender at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
- Training and coaching other bar staff on beverage preparation, recipes and standards.
- Being able to lead and communicate with his/her colleagues during the bar operation.
- Always following the production sequence of all beverage products and bar sequence of service.
- Achieving the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times.
- Being responsible for the set-up and operation of bar station/section.
- Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in the bars.
- Providing services for guest such as order taking, promoting the outlet’s food and beverages offerings.
- Providing recommendation and preparing wine, cocktail and spirit choice for the guest.

As a Bartender, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
