Role Description

The Bartender role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London. The Bartender will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that all drinks are made to company standards and presented professionally. Daily responsibilities include:

The role also involves collaborating with the wider food and beverage team, supporting events and restaurant service, and delivering a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse guests and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated experience in bartending and food & beverage service, including knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar preparation techniques.
  • Ability to manage cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately, including reconciliation of payments and adherence to financial procedures.
  • Attention to hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service, with awareness of relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, including evenings, weekends, and events as required.
  • Prior experience in premium or upscale hospitality settings is beneficial; formal bar or hospitality training and certifications are an advantage.
