Bartender – GAUCHO Canary Wharf
GAUCHO is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our GAUCHO Canary Wharf teams! The ideal Bartender candidate will be an experienced and passionate drink specialist, with broad expertise in:
- Cocktails
- Spirits
- Wine
They will deliver high-quality drinks with speed, skill, and precision, strictly following GAUCHO drinks specifications and the bar cycle of service.

Key Responsibilities of a GAUCHO Bartender
- Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits, and wines
- Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and timing during service
- Collaborate with the GAUCHO team to deliver an exceptional experience for all guests
- Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks, and wines in alignment with GAUCHO specifications and the bar cycle of service
- Ensure all drink orders are prepared quickly, accurately, and to a high standard
- Keep the bar clean and organised at all times, while adhering to bar set-up and breakdown procedures
- Support management to maximise revenues and profits by following stock control procedures
- Train, mentor, and support new team members, setting a strong example
- Be the representative of GAUCHO, demonstrating service excellence and heightened hospitality
