About the Role
As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages while providing warm, engaging and knowledgeable service. Whether recommending the perfect wine pairing, preparing a classic cocktail or creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
This is a three-month fixed-term opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Confidently recommend drinks and menu pairings based on guests' preferences.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of our beverage menu, seasonal offerings and promotions.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised and presented to brand standards.
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.
- Follow all licensing, health & safety and food safety procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and support with inventory management where required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.

What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or bar environment.
- A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, wine and exceptional hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistently high standards.
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge (extremely competitive) + benefits
