The Hilton London Tower Bridge is a fully refurbished contemporary 248-room hotel. Its location makes it a well-known and ideal accommodation for business travelers and families. The hotel boasts 2 floors of modern meetings and events spaces. Its main restaurant offers a mixture of modern British and International cuisine. In addition, the Two Ruba bar provides a wide range of sophisticated and expertly crafted cocktails and drinks for the guests. Since the hotel sits just right next to the London Bridge station, which connects to the London Underground network via Northern and Jubilee Line, and London bus network via several bus routes, it can be reached easily from almost every direction and distance.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Preparing, mixing, garnishing, serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and cocktail beverages in accordance with menu recipes and Hilton brand specifications.
  • Engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, providing recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming and positive attitude at all times.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully compliant bar environment in line with UK food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
  • Managing stock levels, restocking inventory, rotating products, and monitoring product quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with Challenge 25, responsible alcohol service practices, and efficient use of the POS system.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced or cocktail-focused bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, along with current food and beverage trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
