Bartender at GAUCHO Birmingham
The GAUCHO team is looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our Birmingham teams! We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional with a broad knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine. You will deliver quality drinks with speed, skill, and precision, adhering to GAUCHO drinks specifications and the bar cycle of service.

Key Responsibilities
As a GAUCHO Bartender, you will:
- Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits, and wines.
- Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and timing during service.
- Collaborate with the GAUCHO team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks, and wines strictly following GAUCHO specifications and the cycle of service.
- Ensure quick, accurate, and high-standard order fulfillment for all drinks.
- Keep the bar clean and organised while following bar set-up and breakdown procedures.
- Assist and support the management team in maximising revenues and profits by adhering to stock control procedures.
- Mentor, train, and act as a role model for new team members.
- Represent GAUCHO with service excellence through heightened hospitality.

Requirements for the Role
- Be a team player.

- Have previous experience in cocktail making.
