Bartender
As a bartender you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests. By setting the positive tone for every guest’s experience, you will help ensure the success of the hotel’s food and beverage operations.
The role contains everything you might expect, including welcoming guests into the main bar and our rooftop bar, taking reservations, providing outstanding service, production of quality cocktails and answering any queries and questions our guests may have.
All bartenders will be expected to achieve and display a sufficient level of knowledge regarding our beer, wine, and spirit offerings.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar hospitality environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends, as well as bank holidays
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests into the main bar and rooftop bar
- Take reservations
- Provide outstanding service
- Produce quality cocktails
- Answer guest queries and questions
- Display knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit offerings
