Bartender (Part-time)
The Bartender role at its heart is a service position dedicated to the excellence of drinks service and bar keeping. The Bartender assures that the quality and consistency of our drinks service is maintained. Drinks are a special piece of our experience, our drinks complement our food, facilitates our relationships, and creates memorable moments.
Requirements

About MILK BEACH
MILK BEACH is the leading modern Australian restaurant in London located in a spectacular venue in Soho. It is one of London’s favourite premium casual restaurant destinations, a 150-cover restaurant with 80 covers inside, 10 at the bar and 60 covers in the outdoor courtyard. Australian hospitality is professional, knowledgeable and passionate, but also engaging, friendly and fun. We offer a seasonal a la carte lunch/dinner menu showcasing modern Australian cuisine - coastal, barbecue, with southeast Asian and Mediterranean influences. We also have a daily breakfast service.
