Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have (preferably) industry experience in a similar role (e.g., bartending, barista, waitstaff) or customer-facing positions.
  • Possess exceptional hospitality skills, including the ability to deliver personalised, high-quality service.
  • Be reliable, adaptable, and consistent in high-pressure environments.
  • Embrace ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Bring a warm, service-focused personality who thrives in team dynamics.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Core Business Operations

  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times, maintaining optimal drink inventory levels.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and refreshments, accurately and efficiently.
  • Industry knowledge – Be familiar with drink recipes, garnishes, and any bespoke drink offerings offered by the property.

Customer Service & Guest Experience

  • Provide a polished, engaging, and energy-full approach to interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Create memorable experiences through excellent service delivery, anticipating needs and going above expectations.

Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain high hygiene standards in the bar and associated areas—surface cleaning, sanitisation, and equipment care.
  • Adhere to health & safety regulations,/l licensing laws, and company policies.
