The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. About the Role

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of our guest experience — the energy behind the bar, the creator of moments, and the host our guests remember. This is far more than mixing drinks; it is about Relationship Hospitality: reading the room, anticipating needs, and delivering moments of genuine connection with every interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring presentation and quality meet the highest standards.
  • Engage guests with warmth and confidence, offering personalised recommendations and creating a sociable, welcoming bar atmosphere.
  • Build genuine relationships with guests, recognising returning visitors and tailoring service to their preferences to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain an immaculate and well-organised bar, ensuring all equipment, glassware, and stock are consistently prepared for service.
  • Collaborate closely with floor and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless and well-coordinated guest journey across all outlets.
  • Anticipate guest needs, adapting service style and pace to suit the mood, occasion, and environment of the bar.
  • Uphold all service standards and legal requirements relating to the responsible service of alcohol, ensuring guest safety at all times.
