Role Purpose
We are looking for truly passionate, experienced, and outstanding Food & Beverage experts to join Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle. We are proud to offer exceptional food and beverage experiences to all our guests and welcome applications from individuals with the experience in mixology and high-end bar service.

All positions reporting to the Venue Managers, working in collaboration with a well-established and dynamic food and beverage team.
Responsibilities
Skills and experience:
- A natural ability to connect with people from around the globe
- Demonstrated experience in cocktail and wine service
- An absolute passion for your chosen 'trade'
- Ability to offer savvy suggestions on beverages to impress any indecisive guest
- Provide that insight into the best spirits, wines and cocktails to suit the palette or the mood
- A knowledge of great cocktails and local ingredients
- Having initiative to learn more and do more to contribute to having the best service-reputation in town
- Demonstrate your interest in hospitality and service industry through study or experience in customer service
Requirements:
- Current Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Card
