Role Overview
To further elevate and enhance our operations, we are seeking an accomplished Bartender to contribute and deliver on the club’s success, providing exceptional experiences for our members.
This role is central to creating a refined and memorable beverage experience to our members, combining technical expertise with warm, intuitive service. This role requires an experienced, hands-on professional with an understanding of luxury service, fine spirits and cocktails knowledge while maintaining the highest standards if quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails to the highest standard.
- Maintain expert knowledge of all beverage offerings.
- Ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and efficiency at all times.
- Complete the bar’s opening and closing procedures, ensuring all stock and equipment are properly secured and accounted for.
- Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, tailoring experiences to their individual preferences.
- Collaborate closely with bar and floor team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to licensing, health and safety regulations.
- Develop strong relationships with regular members, offering personalised recommendations based on their preferences.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-end bar, hotel or private member’s club.
- Strong cocktail knowledge, including classic recipes and modern techniques.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest and member experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and relevant licensing laws.
- Team oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night shifts.
