What you'll do:
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
- Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
- Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
- Take pride in your venue, making sure it’s well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
- Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you’re behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
- Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
- Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests’ needs

What you've got:
- Uniqueness and a passion for fun
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
- Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
- A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
- Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
- A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
As we are a seven day a week business, you must be available to work nights and weekends
