Basque Trilingual Language Specialist – AI Trainer

We’re looking for a Basque Trilingual Language Specialist who can bring deep linguistic knowledge, cultural awareness, and multilingual proficiency to AI training. You’ll work with cutting-edge AI tools to evaluate, annotate, and refine model outputs in Basque, English, and your third language, helping improve:

About the Role
On a typical day, you will:
- Review AI-generated text for:
- Grammatical accuracy
- Idiomatic expression
- Cultural appropriateness
- Annotate and correct linguistic errors
- Assess multilingual translations for:
- Clarity
- Fidelity
- Collaborate with our team to:
- Strengthen evaluation protocols
- Develop language-specific guidelines
Requirements
- Fluency in Basque and English
- Proficiency in at least one additional language
- Strong preference (though not required):
- Prior experience in translation
- Linguistics background
- Experience in content evaluation or AI training
- Essential skills:
- Clear communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to articulate linguistic nuances across languages

Compensation
We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, determined based on:
- Your experience
- Expertise
- Geographic location
As a contractor, you will supply:
