- Mon: 08:45 – 18:00
- Wed: 08:45 – 17:15
- Thu: 08:45 – 18:00
- Fri: 08:45 – 18:00

About the Role
To thrive in this position, you will:
- Lead and unite your team by supporting the Store Manager, ensuring high performance when covering shifts.
- Foster a commercial, efficient, and safe store environment where amazing customer service, targets, and stock accuracy are priorities.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, including brand advocacy, personalised advice, and maintaining a vibrant in-store atmosphere.
- Ensure full legal and compliance adherence in designated areas.
- Adopt a hands-on approach to all operational and commercial activities, collaborating closely with the team.
- Embrace change with resilience, embracing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and timely communication to meet business demands.

Requirements & Compliance
- All successful candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK in line with Home Office guidance before commencement.
- No sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Visa route will be provided for this role, as it does not align with Home Office skill threshold requirements.
