About the Role: Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager drives fragrance and skincare sales, optimises efficiency, and meets performance goals by inspiring and leading your team. As part of a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment, key responsibilities include:
- Working alongside the Store Manager to lead the team, ensuring they thrive and step in to cover shifts when needed.
- Creating a culture where exceptional customer service, performance targets, and precise stock processes are priorities—within a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe store setting.
- Ensuring every team member delivers a seamless Bath & Body Works experience, from product advisory sales to acting as a brand ambassador in a visually appealing store environment.
- Ensuring legal compliance and regulatory requirements are met for all areas in your responsibilities.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to both operational (e.g., stock, processes) and commercial (e.g., sales, promotions) tasks.
- Showcasing resilience during change and embracing feedback to maintain momentum.
- Maintaining clear, accurate communication to support business needs.

About You: What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should:

- Possess a strong commercial mindset to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Succeed in a results-driven, fast-paced industry, quickly adapting to new objectives and ideas.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, staying calm, approachable, and consistent under pressure.
- Confidently solve problems, make data-driven decisions, question processes, and innovate to elevate the store.
- Have proven experience coaching a high-performing team and resolving conflicts fairly.
- Be an exceptional multitasker, excelling in planning, organising, and workload prioritisation—balancing multiple demands efficiently.
