About the Role

As a Fragrance Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Bath & Body Works’ brand values are reflected in every customer interaction
- Passionately advising and demonstrating products whilst ambassadorship skills shines through
- Displaying a keen interest in new fragrance and skincare trends
- Providing welcoming, efficient, and professional customer service
- Upholding health and safety policies for both team members and customers
- Empowering your own personal development through brand training
