- Monday: 08:45 – 18:00
- Tuesday: 08:45 – 18:00
- Thursday: 08:45 – 18:00
- Friday: 08:45 – 18:00
- Saturday: 11:00 – 19:30

About the Role
To succeed as a Bath & Body Works Store Manager, you will:
- Provide leadership and inspire your team to excel
- Foster a culture of amazing customer service, performance targets, and accurate stock processes, ensuring a commercial, efficient, and safe store environment
- Ensure the Bath & Body Works experience is consistent, including ambassadorial product selling and maintaining a brand-aligned retail space
- Take full accountability for legal and compliance requirements
- Adopt a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities alongside your team
- Contribute to the brand’s growth through opportunities and value-add initiatives
- Demonstrate resilience during change, solving problems and driving results
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date communication to meet business needs

About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customers, people, and our fragrance and skincare products. Your energy and inspiring leadership will create a positive working atmosphere and strong team spirit.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional commercial understanding to create an outstanding customer experience
- Team player who excels in results-driven, fast-paced environments—adaptable, quick to onboard the team
- Great communicator, calm under pressure, and realistic in expectations
- Confident problem solver and innovative thinker to drive business forward
- Experienced leader with coaching, high-performance team management, and people issues resolution
- Effective multi-tasker with strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills
