About the Role
As a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works, your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership & Inspiration: Guide and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure a sales-focused, operationally efficient, and safe working environment.
- Brand Advocacy: Maintain the Bath & Body Works experience in-store, including:
- Staff training in product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring the store meets all legal and compliance requirements.
- Hands-On Management: Oversee operational and commercial activities with your team.
- Performance Driven: Aid in identifying opportunities to grow the brand across the area team.
- Problem Solving: Display resilience during change while driving results.
- Clear Communication: Keep stakeholders informed to meet business needs.

- Are strong communicators, able to engage effectively with all levels.
- Stay calm under pressure, prioritising realism and approachability.
- Excel in problem-solving and decision-making while challenging business processes.
- Have experience in leading and coaching high-performing teams and resolving personnel issues.
- Are highly multi-tasking, organised multitaskers, adept at planning and prioritising workload.
