Dei­ne Aufgaben

  • Per­so­nal­ein­satz­pla­nung, Per­so­nal­füh­rung und die da­mit ver­bun­de­ne Si­cher­stel­lung der Um­set­zung von Arbeits-, Um­welt- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Er­stel­lung von Auf­ma­ßen und Vor­be­rei­tung der Projektabrechnung
  • Pla­nung des Ma­te­ri­al­be­darfs und not­wen­di­ger Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Über­wa­chung der Kos­ten­ent­wick­lung und Arbeitsleistung
  • Ab­wick­lung von Bau­vor­ha­ben und Si­cher­stel­lung der Projektdokumentation
  • An­sprech­part­ner für un­se­re Kun­den, neh­men Ter­min vor Ort wahr und kon­trol­lie­ren da­bei den Bau­ab­lauf und die Bauergebnisse
  • Kor­re­spon­denz und Ab­stim­mung mit Auf­trag­ge­bern, Be­hör­den, etc.
