Shift Timings
2am - 10am, 40 hours per week working either any 5 out of 7 day rota (including weekends) or fixed Sunday to Thursday

Extra £1.89ph for hours worked between 2am and 6am
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Bay Marshaller to oversee and streamline our warehouse dispatch bays during the night shift. You will ensure the smooth flow of goods by methodically managing equipment, clearing debris, tracking dispatch plans, and maintaining accurate digital records.
Key Responsibilities
- Bay Clearance: Clear loading bays of empty cages, pallets, and debris systematically.
- Plan Management: Reconcile leftover cages against the daily dispatch plan to identify discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Update the live Impact Sheet continuously on a PC with accurate shift data.
- Inventory Control: Process "back to stock" merchandise efficiently to maintain accurate inventory levels once marshalling is complete.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment in all marshalling areas.
- Methodical Workflow: Follow strict warehouse sequences to prevent bottlenecks during peak dispatch hours.

Requirements
Essential
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Comfortable using a laptop and inputting live data into spreadsheets.
- Capability to handle heavy cages and standing for long periods.
- Commitment to a permanent night shift pattern (2am – 10am).
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a cold (4°C) environment for entire shifts.
Desirable
- Ability to work in a freezer environment, earning an extra £1.18ph premium.
