Faculty of Management seeks to appoint 2 Bayes Fellows in Management (Teaching) for a fixed tenure of one year from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026. They will be promising scholars and educators, who are on track to meet the necessary qualifications for a Lectureship in the near future, to contribute to teaching (undergraduate and post graduate levels) and further their research activities. The successful candidates are likely to teach a mixture of tutorials and lectures during the year.

You will conduct high quality teaching, teaching support and tutoring activities at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and more broadly to support and develop the teaching of the school in relevant areas of Management.
Also, you will maintain a degree of scholarship in areas of management relevant to teaching assignments consistent with ensuring high quality teaching informed by current theory and practice and expected to interact with the faculty, participating at seminars and establishing research collaborations.
The successful candidate will be close to submission of a PhD in Management or related disciplines as well as having these essential skills and experience include teaching experience, including exam and/or coursework marking, good interpersonal and communications skills and experience of team-working and co-operation in the academic environment.
