An excellent opportunity for a Business Development and Marketing Executive to join a highly regarded Legal 100 firm, based in Leicester, 2 days in the office!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development and Marketing professional looking to play a key role in supporting Partners and Fee Earners with business development initiatives, events, marketing campaigns and client relationship activities.

You'll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team, helping to drive the firm's profile and growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and attend internal and external events, webinars and networking opportunities, including occasional out-of-hours events.
  • Support the preparation of tenders, proposals, credentials and presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Assist Partners and Fee Earners with business development plans and client initiatives.
  • Coordinate legal directory submissions and maintain the firm's CRM system.
  • Produce marketing materials, seminar packs and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Manage business development meeting actions and follow up on key opportunities.
  • Promote content across the firm's social media channels and support PR activity.
  • Assist with internal and external communications, photoshoots and wider marketing projects.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a Business Development and/or Marketing role (essential).
  • Experience supporting tenders and proposals is desirable, although training will be provided.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and fee earners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to travel occasionally to other offices and attend out-of-hours events when required.
