Mass Reach is a performance marketing consultancy helping ambitious brands across the UK and Europe grow through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and AI-powered advertising. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced BD Manager to help accelerate our next phase of expansion.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with a proven track record in business development. Ideally, you'll have experience working within a digital marketing or creative agency and understand how paid media helps businesses grow.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Working closely with the Founder, you'll play a key role in expanding Mass Reach's client portfolio across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales activities
- Identify and engage UK-based SMEs that require Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and AI-powered advertising services
- Build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face client presentations
- Prepare proposals and present tailored marketing solutions
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients
- Build relationships with business owners, directors, and marketing decision-makers
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry events to generate opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience within a digital marketing or agency environment is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid media, or digital marketing services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently
- Commercially minded with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential

- Existing network of UK SME contacts
- Experience selling PPC or digital marketing services
- Experience using HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or another CRM platform
- Understanding of AI-powered advertising and emerging marketing technologies
