A specialist commercial law firm with around 50 fee earners, advising clients across the media, entertainment and advertising sectors. Their reputation is built on delivering practical, responsive and tailored advice to innovative businesses and high-profile individuals.
As the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Partner and partners across the firm to drive our business development and marketing strategy. This varied role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, from raising the firm's profile and supporting new business initiatives to delivering events, creating engaging content and strengthening client relationships.

About You
You will have at least three years' experience in business development and marketing within a law firm, professional services or a similar environment. You'll be an excellent communicator with strong writing and editing skills, highly organised, self-motivated and confident managing multiple projects. Most importantly, you'll bring enthusiasm, creativity and a collaborative approach, with a genuine passion for helping a business grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver business development and marketing initiatives that raise the firm's profile and support growth.
- Work with partners and fee earners to strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Plan and deliver seminars, webinars, networking events and client hospitality.
- Manage the firm's website, ensuring content remains current and engaging.
- Produce and coordinate marketing content, including newsletters, articles and social media.
- Work with external PR, design and web agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns and materials.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to enhance the firm's brand and reputation.
